RE: Evil Apple
They're just being asses, IMO. There's no need for them to push all their Apple products on people that only want to use one. I download iTunes for my Touch, and I get Quicktime. I don't use, nor want Quicktime, yet they give it to me anyways. Now they want to give me Safari too? F*** that.

RE: Evil Apple
If Microsoft started pushing IE (if they started making mac versions of IE again) via office updater, I'm sure they would be getting anti-trust cases again. Wonder if any of this will get Apple in trouble.
So, since Apple updater installs with iTunes, and you need iTunes to sync an iPod, and Apple has sold 60+ million iPods, I would say it's just the same as what Microsoft did years ago with IE, using their mp3 player monopoly to get into the web browser business, just like Microsoft did years ago.

RE: Evil Apple
Lol? What's wrong with it? It's just like Microsoft's EULA.
If any of you actually read what it said - the EULA has s*** written about collecting information about peripherals etc. but they collect the information, but does not identify you.
