Hi guys,

We have been redoing this site somewhat, with a new logo, new theme, and some new features. Continuing the trend, I have installed the Points mod which lets you earn points for posting, making threads, voting in polls, etc. Right now, you can't do anything with this "virtual money", but soon we should have a lottery mod and a shop mod, where you can buy things (such as a special member group). We will also be adding an arcade mod here, so you can play flash games in our arcade center, and earn even more points in the points mod.

So, stay tuned for the changes that are upcoming on Windows 7 Forums, which may in the future, include real money contests. :)

Well, with the lottery mod, basically I think you bet a certain amount on a set of numbers just like the real lottery. It randomly generates some numbers, and if correct, you win some money.

With the shop, you can buy virtual stuff such as user groups, storage space, or avatars.

I will hopefully have the arcade system up later today. :)

Well Matt its great your adding all this stuff to the site, but maybe you should fix the shout box first?

Just wanted to let you know that the arcade is now online, and the shoutbox has been fixed. I will upload some more games to the arcade as soon as I can find them.
