Windows 7 screenshots leaked!

Well, I've found some screenshots of Windows 7 M1, courtesy of http://www.thinknext.net/archives/2124. No new interface yet, but it does have power shell.

In the start menu, the new things are Power Shell and XPS Viewer EP.

RE: Windows 7 screenshots leaked!

For now, that is. The GUI is still being developed. I think around M2 or M3 we might see the new interface.

RE: Windows 7 screenshots leaked!

I would say that speed also has to do with it. I know quite a few people say that Vista sucks because it needs a moderately powered computer, rather than a basic computer.

RE: Windows 7 screenshots leaked!

Graphically, yes. But there are some new things, such as PowerShell, which should be pretty interesting.

RE: Windows 7 screenshots leaked!

to be honest people say you need a moderately well powered pc to run vista i went through all the beta stages and release candidates as well as the retail version. i managed with my copy of vista for 2 weeks and had enough of the crashing, not being able to get decent drivers and then we have all the background crap in vista that runs and when you disable it just end up getting pestered by guess again more crap. it is kinda irritating plus the fact my pc runs about 50% faster and my laptop seems twice as fast now im back on xp.
