From what I've seen, it seems like Windows 7 could be pushed back to 2010 or 2011, but that there will be an intern release, Windows 6.1. It sort of makes sense, as many people hate Vista, so they want to get a new version out as soon as possible.

So what do you think?

I'd rather have something more productive, and I don't really care how long it will be till the next release since I want something decent, more ingenuity than Vista. Don't want it rushed really.

I think they need to start over from scratch and give us something worth the money they charge (Even though I won't "buy" it).
They should just let Vista be, and focus on 7.
Who needs 6.1 when you have XP.

I was always the kind of person that wanted the progres of technologies to be there faster,and i have confidence in them this time,so if you ask me,i would really be mad if 7 would come later...

Well, you don't want them to rush it too much, and then a lot of stuff ends up missing like it did in Vista (WinFS, new pie menues GUI, Plex). So I think that Windows 6.1 might be a good idea.
