Windows Media Center Problem

Whenever I try to look at the schedule or record a show using Windows Vista Windows Media Center it freezes and junk. what's up? How can I fix this?

OK, first off, did you make sure you installed the TV tuner drivers correctly? How much memory does your computer have as well? If you could give me the specs, it might be a bit easier to help fix the problem. :)
