I am using windows 7 32 bit, the graphics card of my computer is Standard VGA Graphics Adapter. This graphics card can't play 3D games so i updated my windows for graphics card...The updated was successful and i could play 3D games and all...But after few minutes it hangs my computer and the windows is not responding...so i shut down the computer and restart again....This time the windows is showing "Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows(R) stopped responding"....What does it mean?? Is it wrong with my graphics card or by the windows? Please Help!!!

The error message "Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows(R) stopped responding" typically indicates an issue with the graphics drivers installed on your computer, not necessarily a problem with the graphics card hardware itself. This error often occurs when the graphics driver crashes or fails to respond, leading to system instability and display issues. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue: 1. Update Graphics Drivers: - Make sure that you have the latest Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers installed. Outdated or incompatible drivers can often cause such issues. - Visit the Intel website, locate the graphics drivers specific to your processor model, download the latest version, and install it. 2. Reinstall Graphics Drivers: - Sometimes, a clean reinstall of the graphics drivers can resolve driver-related issues. - Uninstall the current graphics drivers completely and then reinstall the latest version. 3. Check for Windows Updates: - Ensure that your Windows 7 system is fully updated with the latest patches and updates. - Some updates can include fixes for driver-related issues. 4. Adjust Graphics Settings: - Try adjusting the graphics settings for the games you are playing. Lowering the graphics quality settings may help reduce the load on the graphics card. 5. Check for Overheating: - Overheating can also cause graphics driver failures. Monitor the temperature of your system using tools like HWMonitor and ensure proper ventilation for your computer. 6. Check for Hardware Issues: - If the problem persists, consider testing the graphics card on another system or testing another graphics card on your system to determine if the issue is hardware-related. 7. Monitor Event Viewer: - Check the Event Viewer in Windows for any error logs related to the graphics driver crashes. This can provide more specific information about the cause of the issue. Try these steps and see if they help resolve the issue with the Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers on your Windows 7 system. If the problem persists, further troubleshooting may be needed to pinpoint the exact cause of the driver failures.
