Hello,

I am using dual monitor software Ultramon and it's working fine with all the folders and software. But when I try to see video by using windows media player or VLC player, the video doesn't fit in dual monitor properly. The video shows in the middle of the two monitors and both monitors show black screen at the end. Here is an screen shot; where you can see the problem:

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Thanks

Check Graphics Driver Settings: - Ensure your graphics driver software is up to date. - Access your graphics card control panel (e.g., NVIDIA Control Panel or AMD Radeon Settings) to configure display settings for dual monitors. 3. Try Different Playback Modes: - Experiment with different display modes within the video player, such as full-screen, windowed, or borderless windowed mode. 4. Adjust Screen Resolution and Aspect Ratio: - Verify that both monitors have the correct resolution settings and aspect ratios. - Ensure that the combined desktop resolution matches the video file's aspect ratio. 5. Update Ultramon: - Ensure you are using the latest version of Ultramon. Check for any available updates or patches that may address compatibility issues with video playback. 6. Alternative Solutions: - If the issue persists, consider trying other dual monitor software or video players to see if the problem is specific to Ultramon or the video players you are using. By implementing these steps, you may be able to resolve the issue of videos not fitting properly on your dual monitors while using Ultramon. If the problem persists, feel free to provide more details for further assistance.
