Everytime I try to watch something or do anything after a few minutes my CPU will start running hard and everything get's really choppy. I tryed completely re-installing windows and the problem came right back. I don't know what is causing it to do this.

It was fine for a year and now all of a sudden everything is lagging and being slow because of the one plug-in I have that I need.
