How do I set my print screen files to my Desk Top?

If you mean save them, then you need to open a program that can render graphics such as Paint, Word or wordpad. All print screen does is copy the graphics into the clipboard. So once you've pressed print screen open one of the above mentioned programs and press ctrl+v then save the file. Alternately you can use the built-in snipping tool to capture a screen shot and save it directly from the utility.
