Hi and welcome.

If you have two sticks of ram, remove one until the install is successful. Apply a bios update if one is available to you for your motherboard.

Hello !!

Do you have any USB devices connected ?? If so disconnect all of them. Made sure Hard disk is selected as 1st boot device in BIOS. IF that didn't help try this article MBR - Restore Windows 7 Master Boot Record - Windows 7 Forums or How to use the Bootrec.exe tool in the Windows Recovery Environment to troubleshoot and repair startup issues in Windows

Good Luck,
Captain

What is the boot order set in your BIOS ?? Do you have any USB Devices connected ??

Is this a actual Windows disk you are installing from or a downloaded version? If you downloaded and burned it to disk try re burning at 4X max. It seems picky about burning any faster.
