Windows 8 URL shortcut icons

I have pinned a number of url shortcuts to my Start on Surface RT.

Is there any way to change the icons on these tiles.

this looks like the way to do it for app tiles. I'm looking to change icons on tiles created by pinning websites.

any suggestions?
