The error code BCCode: 124 indicates a hardware error. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:
  1. Check Hardware:
    • Make sure all hardware components are properly connected and seated.
    • Monitor temperatures to ensure the system is not overheating.
    []Update Drivers:
    • Update your graphics card drivers to the latest version.
    [
    ]Memory Test:
    • Run a memory test using Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check for any memory issues.
    []Check for Overclocking:
    • If your system is overclocked, try reverting to default settings to see if the issue persists.
    [
    ]Check for Software Conflicts:
    • Ensure there are no conflicting software or drivers causing the blue screen.
  2. Check System Logs:
    • Review the Event Viewer logs for more information on the error. Given that the error points to a hardware issue, focusing on drivers, hardware connections, and system stability might help in resolving the blue screen problem. If the issue persists, additional troubleshooting and potentially professional assistance may be needed.
