Windows 7 Windows 7 Emails how to and Outlook DBX files

Hello,
I was wondering if I make the move from XP Pro 32 bit to Windows 7 Pro 64 how I handle my emails please.
Inasmuch as Outlook works just fine for me as I use my email folds and DBX files as a sort of database for all my contacts and thing to do etc.

So what is the software in/for Windows 7 I should use please and can I simply move over or import my over one hundred DBX files simply?

I am not sure I understood this! I am supposed to use Live Mail in Win7 as a replacement for outllook and if so where is it please? is it a download?
Also what is Outlook 2010 and can I use it please? if so where do I get it from?
