I upgraded to win 7 RC1 and now I can't connect to my iphone via ad hoc. Worked fine with the beta version, but now the phone connects to the ad hoc network but PC shows no connections.

I am dual booting with vista and in vista it works fine as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Network Troubleshooter: - Use the built-in network troubleshooter in Windows 7 to diagnose and fix network-related issues. You can access it by right-clicking the network icon in the system tray and selecting "Troubleshoot problems." 5. Check Firewall Settings: - Temporary disable the Windows Firewall or any third-party firewall software to see if they are blocking the connection to your iPhone. 6. IPhone Settings: - On your iPhone, forget the ad hoc network and try reconnecting to it again to establish a fresh connection. 7. Network Sharing Center: - Check the Network and Sharing Center on Windows 7 to ensure the ad hoc network is set as a "Home" network and sharing is enabled. 8. Network Adapter Prioritization: - Check the network adapter priority settings on Windows 7 to ensure that the correct network adapter is being used for ad hoc connections. 9. Reset Network Settings: - You can try resetting network settings on your Windows 7 PC to default and then set up the ad hoc network again. 10. Reinstall Network Adapter: - If all else fails, try uninstalling and reinstalling the network adapter drivers on Windows 7 RC1. By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the connectivity issue between your iPhone and Windows 7 RC1 when using ad hoc network. If the issue persists, feel free to provide additional details for further assistance.
