Windows 8 Double click not working after windows 8.1 updata

Dear all,

I just updated my windows 8 to win 8.1, now the right click is not working , if I try then it freezes the computer, I have no idea what went wrong.

Remove corrupted files in two ways. First Run Disk cleanup and next sfc/scannow.

In detail -

Disk Cleanup - Open charms search write Disk Cleanup and run.

Right click on Start button and select Command Prompt administrator. Confirm UAC and paste the command underneath on the command prompt and hit enter.
