Followup: MachineOwnerThe above dmp file points to the old nvidia driver as the cause.
If you don't use Magic Iso then by all means remove it.
I didn't see any AMD drivers (gpu wise) in the driver stack but if you run the software outlined above anything not wanted will be removed..
You still need to update the drivers outlined above. Also you have some fingerprint drivers:

After doing all that you said(Used driver sweeper for the old version NVIDIA driver and installed the latest GeForce GTX 430 Driver, deleted magicdisc, updated realtek)
I still got an error while playing League of Legends, and i think it has a specific time while in game. After the 1:30 mark at the game, the computer will suddenly go to the "NO SIGNAL" Sign w/ stuttering sounds(looping) then crash. The computer will restart after this.

although the dmp file is again pointing the gpu driver as a cause I actually think it has more to do with your power supply.
If you look at the requirements, power wise, for the GT 430 we see that it needs a minimum of 300W.

This is most likely your issue. You need to get a larger rated PSU or a lower rated GPU. Perhaps a visit back to the store is in order as surely they should have known about such things?

no,no your CPU is fine as is your GPU. Unfortunately your power supply is NOT powerful enough to run your new GPU. A GT 430 needs a 300W power supply but your machine only has a power supply of 220W. If a GPU doesn't get the power it needs then you see the type if issues currently being exhibited by your machine.
Personally I feel the shop which fitted the new gpu should have known or at least spotted the power shortage. First thing i think of whenever I upgrade my GPU is 'Do I need a new PSU too'? Power is so important with a gpu that it cannot be skimped on or left to chance as it will bite you in the ass every time. This is what Guru3D say's about low power and GPU's:
