Windows 7 Is Microsoft Planning Profitable Add-ons for "7" or a Low-Cost Launch?

I wonder if this is a chance for MS to make more money on purchasing "Add.ons". Or are they preparing "7" minimum for a real low price (and speedier) breakthrough.

I was encouraged to hear there are new versions of Paint and Wordpad. Wordpad has been underwheelming for years now and needs the upgrade.

Probably........I see it as a big pitch "Make It Anyway You Want It". They're trying to recapture big business. I'm happy it's going to coordinate with Vista. Hope I'm around to see it. Critical comment: If all these previous systems has this special boot process, why didn't Microsoft also give it to Vista first off. Why are they "saving it" for what they call special polish for Vista in Windows 7 ? I hate the way they did that.....
