I'm currently in the process of getting parts for a new computer build.
So far I have a Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo and a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. M/2 ssd for it. I'm also going to be re-using the Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB h.d , Intel 530 Series 400GB ssd (for Games), Lite On DVD-RW, Lite ON Blu-ray burner and memory card reader from my current pc.
I'm also going to be getting a NZXT Phantom 820 case. G-Skill Ripjaws-Z DDR 4 3200 ram (32GBS) and a Corsair HX-1000i psu for the new pc.
I need suggestions between the following part's for the new pc.
The heatsink is either going to be a EK-XLC Predator 240 or a Corsair Hydro Series H-100i GTX.
With either one, I'll be using 4 EK-Furious Vardar FF5-120 (3000rpm) fans in push/pull.
I also need help deciding between 2 GeForce GTX 4.0GB or 2 AMD Radeon 390X 4.0GB video cards.
I'm ordering a Intel Core i5 6600K cpu on Thursday and eventually plan on upgrading it to a Core i7 6700K in early 2017.
Keep in mind, I'm on permanent disability (Social Security) for life and can't afford to spend over $300.00 on a part/s in a month.
The pc won't be built until May as I won't have all parts until then minus the new video cards.
I'll be using my current GeForce GTX 760's until then, but they need to go back inn this pc, so I can sell it.
All suggestions appreciated between the AIO's and video card's.
P.S. PC will be running Windows 10 Pro x64.

Solution
I'm actually hoping for Tuesday or Wednesday. I have medical stuff Monday & Thursday.
Though, when I ordered my current pc's case, I received it the next day on a Saturday morning.
I very well may be building it tomorrow. I'll know sometime tonight when my tracking number is updated by FedEx.
I already have the number, they're just not as good as UPS or the USPS, in the tracking department. It probably won't give me any results until 11:00 P.M.
Yeah, it's premixed and made especially for water-coolers.
Now I just need a little big bigger funnel for when I fill it up this time.
I may get that ready tomorrow as I got it from Amazon and it arrives tomorrow.
I ordered it from them as EKWB wanted $21+ just to ship a $12.99 item from Slovania to the U.S.
My video card should be here Monday or Tuesday.

Coolant arrived this morning.
Video card arrives Tuesday.
I splurged and got something I've been meaning to get.
It arrives Wednesday.

My RTX 2080 SUPER and pc cleaner arrived yesterday.
I tried 3DMark last night, but it obviously doesn't like the new video card and all tests give it a score of 0. I uninstalled 3DMark, restarted my pc and re-installed it and still get scores of 0.
I ran GeekBench, TessMark, Superposition and WWE 2K19 and the video card is fine and works in all of them.
I'll re-do and post all the new benchmarks here eventually.
I still have other things to do first.

What driver are you using?
I installed 431.60.
Considering I have a EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER XC GAMING with Precision X1 0.4.8.0 installed, I can't find the NVIDIA Auyo Overclock Utility.
Any ideas on where to look? s I've heard it's included with the driver.
Wolfenstein: Youngblood just finished installing.
Control is set to install in Epic Games upon it's release.
GRID is in the works. I just have to wait 1-3 days for EVGA to validate my Newegg video card invoice and then I'll get the game code yo unlock it.

It's X1 it breaks 3dmark. Use msi afterburner instead amd use the scanner thing top left of it

I never did the water-cooler yesterday, as the video card & pc cleaner arrived after 4:30 P.M.

VEGA just sent me my code for Grip: Combat Racing. so I'm downloading it as we speak.
Monday night I went through and uninstalled a bunch of games.

I just turned off Afterburner and uninstalled it. I then reinstalled Precision X1 restarted my pc and ran Time Spy.
Apparently 3DMark's update yesterday fixed Presion X1 working with it, as Time Spy showed a score of 17766 this time.
