Hey,

i try to connect my Vista Ultimate PC (runs with all updates and VNC Server) from Windows Seven Netbook.
The problem is maybe, the vnc viewer works not yet under Windows 7?

Anyone had the same experience?

The compatibility mode dosn't help me any furter.

Thx in advance, olli

Solution
The only way I was able to get it working in Windows 7 was to run in Server mode (not as Service). The performance was atrocious, however, as it is not a 64-bit app.
There is a version in testing that works with Windows 7.

realvnc 4.1.3 on build 7100 x64 works

well im running 4.1.3 free edition and im running build 7100 and im on 64 bits and it works great with no problem but i only used it for the server so i can vnc through my iphone and my nokia n95 8gb.

If you having problems try out some other vnc software, but teamviewer is not VNC, Is just remote desktoping.

I am using VNC 4 free version wit no issues on Build 7100 32Bit.

I am able to connect with VNC Viewer on my Windows 7 64 bit build to Windows XP 32 bit builds with the VNC server installed. However, I am not able to get a connection going between Windows 7 PCs.
