Hello everyone,

I've just installed a PDF reader software on my computer. The software is working properly, but everytime I close that software, there is a warning message that the program has stopped working. But, anyway, the software seems to work well.

Could anyone tell me how to solve that problem, so everytime I close that program, I will not get that warning message anymore?

I would like to thank for your answer.

Have you simply tried re-installing the application? I would also look in event viewer > application log and see if there are any associated error messages for Adobe
Hi Najwan,
have you checked the applications support page? If you can't find it post the name of the app and we'll take a look for you.

Hello,

The name of the software is Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional.

Thank you.

I had a look but nothing popped up although a deeper search might produce better results.

I always use this application: Free PDF Reader | PDF Viewer Download | Foxit Reader

Hello,
I've tried reinstalling the software but the problem still remains.

Adobe do have a troubleshooting page but I think you've tried almost everything. Still... You never know it's possibly worth a look.
Troubleshoot Windows system errors, freezes | Adobe software

Failing that try what Neemobeer suggests about checking the Event viewer.

Thanks for the post. Very helpful!
