I've recently had a crash dump file appears in c:\windows\minidump

No memory dumps in the uploaded information. Please zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and attach it to your next post.

Only 98 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Update and get all available updates.

copy them out of C:\Windows\Minidump before you try to zip them
